I have seen mixed reviews about High Country Inn, anyone know if it is worth the money? I see a lot of good reviews for Country Inn and Suites but it looks like it may be out of range for my wallet. Any other suggestions if the High Country doesn%26#39;t work out. We are going Feb 16th, never been skiing or to Boone, so looking forward to it.

High Country Inn? Hmmm... have never stayed there, but have been to Geno%26#39;s, which is the bar/restaurant. Used to be a popular place to hang for the students when I was there a few years ago, not so sure now. It%26#39;s a good location if you are skiing Sugar, Hawks Nest, Beech. Unless you prefer a cabin in Banner Elk or Foscoe, etc. Would opt for Blowing Rock if you%26#39;re skiing App. Enjoy!
