Outer Beaches or Hatteras Realty offices??

Has anyone booked with either Outer Beaches or Hatteras Realty for a vacation cottage? Any positive or negative reviews?

They are mentioned some in OBXConnection.com. I%26#39;m sure plenty on that site have also had experience with them if you post your question there. Many rent or own on the southern beaches.

Hatteras Realty is outstanding. I had a problem with a home I had rented and they went out of their way to find me another house. Even though the initial experience with the first home was negative...they quickly turned the experience into a positive. They are highly recommended.

We have booked with Hatteras Realty several times and all have been positive experiences! Very helpful staff.

I have used Hatteras Realty before as well as a few others - I was most pleased with Hatteral Realty and just booked with them again today.

the folks and houses are great at Hatteras Realty and Midgett Realty. would rent from both again.

We used Outer Beaches last year and had no problems. I would rent from them again.

No matter which realtor you choose make sure the house is not for sale. We had to vacate our rental twice for Midgett Realty to show the house to prospective buyers.

We actually stayed in a house that was for sale and there was a showing. We were not asked to vacate.

We used Outer Beaches last summer for our first visit to the Outer Banks. They were very helpful and our accomodations were just as they were portrayed on the website. They were also very quick to fix the only problem we did have which was with the cable TV. We would use them again without hesitation.

We have used Outer Beaches twice and have had good experiences. We did have one problem with the hot tub but they did come out withing 24 hours to do the repair. We are using Outer Beaches again for our rental this year.
