We%26#39;re leaving for NC on 12/26 and would like to ski either Sugar Mountain or Beech Mountain but it looks like there%26#39;s not much snow. We would really like to ski but not sure what other choices we have. Any help would be appreciated.

Beech is in the coldest part of the state. If anyone can make snow, they will! Best wishes.
