What are your opinions for the best attractions / cities / events to go to during Christmas in the southeast USA ? Biltmore, The Nutcracker, Gatlinburg ? Where would you take your family to get a good dose of Christmas Spirit ?

The Christmas shows at Pigeon Forge are always good. Biltmore is lovely - as are the decorations at Grove Park Inn. A drive through Christmastown, USA ( McAdenville, NC) off I-85 near Charlotte! Best wishes.

I%26#39;ve always loved the NC School of the Arts production of the Nutcracker. Biltmore is also a great place to visit this time of year!
Old Salem in Winston-Salem would be nice...particularly if you%26#39;re into a historical-type activity.
