cottage on biltmore estate

Looking for a review of the Cottage on biltmore estate, cannot seem to find one on this site. Is it as private as it is advertised or are there people sightseeing there? Is it better to stay at one of the outside B %26amp; B%26#39;s?? We are travelin about 10 hours to get there and are looking for a more quiet peaceful place to stay. any suggestions?

I am not familiar with the ';cottage';, there is the Inn on the Biltmore Estate which has recently won stars for the quality of its service.

The Cottage on biltmore estate is definatley private. It is beautiful! It sits just off the road past the Winery and the Inn. It%26#39;s somewhat close to the road, but there are not really any visitors that stop by. It%26#39;s posted as a private residence, so people just drive by. It is furnished with a lot of the Biltmore For Your Home products which are high-end furniture pieces. My understanding is that it comes with your own private butler and Chef! What a great way to spend a vacation! I%26#39;m jealous. Enjoy it!!!!

The cottage is lovely on the inside, but EVERY CAR/BUS/RV on the estate will drive by--unfortunately, it%26#39;s on the exit road. It%26#39;s also fairly exposed--it%26#39;s close to the exit road, and there%26#39;s only pasture land surrounding it, no grove of trees or anything.

During the winter months, the traffic won%26#39;t be so bad. But it sounds like peaceful and secluded is what you are looking for. I think one of the B%26amp;Bs might be a better choice, esp. this time of year.
