My son and his friends want to rent a small house or hotel rooms the first week of June. Does anyone know of a home or hotel that will rent to a group of 18 year olds - if dad supplies a credit card for payment and a security deposit.

And further-I%26#39;d be very careful about any misspresentation about whether or not an adult (like a parent) was going to be there. I have known of several cases of people not only losing the money for the week, but also being sued by the owners or rental company.
Sounds like a fun time-we were young once, but as they say, things were different then.
I would think most of the big chain hotels would allow them as long as a credit card was used.
My son and friends chose Myrtle Beach for their senior trip. I only found one oceanfront hotel that would rent to them. It requires a $200 cash deposit per room upon check-in. Needless to say, the hotel doesn%26#39;t have the best reviews on TA. :)
Yes, it seems to be the case with hotels at many beaches now.
