Crowne Plaza---is it really that confusing to find hotel?

I am getting ready to bid on Priceline for a hotel in Asheville and have a feeling I will end up with the Crowne Plaza. The only thing I am worried about is multiple reviews that mention it is hard to find the hotel or that it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot or it is located in a strip mall, etc.

The hotel has directions on its website and I am pretty good with directions but wanted to know if this place is really THAT much of a pain to stay at because of these concerns mentioned above.

I stayed there when it was a Hilton. I don%26#39;t remember having any trouble finding it. It is not in a strip mall. The grounds are actually quite nice.

It is not hard to get out of the parking lot but the hotel is not visible from the highway and is off of an access ramp so that is why people probably say it is difficult.
